You should contact Canon directly, but it looks like they send you cartridges when you enroll..

PIXMA Print Plan: Do I finish off my current cartridges first?

I recently purchased a basic model printer that came with two ink cartridges. I immediately enrolled in the "pay as you print" program after setting up my printer. A few days later, I received two new cartridges in the mail. Now, my question is, am I supposed to replace my barely used ink cartridges with the new ones, or can I wait until the original ink runs out?

I could swear that I read in the directions when I first joined the plan, that I am to replace the cartridges immediately, but I cannot remember for sure, and I cannot seem to find the information anywhere now.

Can someone familiar with the "Pay as you print" program please help? Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for your reply; however, I did receive the ink cartridges. My problem is that I don't know/remember if I am supposed to replace the ink right away with the new cartridges or wait til my ink runs out.

I looked all through the questions I could ask through the print plan subscription menu, but there is no answer there.

I will try to contact Cannon directly, I guess, but I only see a number for questions about product sales. I will have to try it though.

Thanks again for helping!

Thanks for enrolling, MaryG! There's no rush at all, so feel free to keep those new cartridges handy for when the current ones run out. Hope this helps!
