      <description>&lt;P&gt;I registered my product but when I try to get support I cannot connect to chat and there is no way to get the printer issue resolved. There are apparantly NO support options for the TS6420a printer. I will just have to return the printer since it does not work all of the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
