    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updates released by microsoft on the 16th (Patch Tuesday) appear to be causing issues with printers from multiple vendors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two primary offenders appear to be KB500802 and KB500808.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;But there might be others&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can remove these from windows by visiting &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Update and Security &amp;gt; Windows Update &amp;gt; View Update History &amp;gt; Uninstall Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then select these items one at a time and remove.&amp;nbsp; Restart after and test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists, I'd remove and reinstall the drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mx-series-inkjet/mx452?subtab=downloads-drivers" target="_blank"&gt;Support | MX Series - Inkjet | PIXMA MX452 | Canon USA&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MS has also released hotfixes for the updates which can correct the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;locale=en_US&amp;amp;id=ART179473" target="_blank"&gt;Canon Knowledge Base - System Crashes or Partial Prints in Windows 10&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX 452 printer suddenly isn't recognized on my Lenovo computer. Only the fax is recognized. I have removed and reinstallled it a number of times, but only picks up the Fax. My other computers, Surface Pro and Apple, have the printer function. Only the Lenovo is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
