Just purchased this to replace my 11 year old MG7520 which printed beautiful photos, so far this one does not print good clear photos the faces are blurry and skin tone is awful. I am so disappointed. I am using canon photo paper and all my settings are correct. last week I bought a TR8620a and returned it for the same reason. Canon recommended the TS9520a to be as good as my old pixma Mg7520. HELP please!!!!!

You should register your product on the Canon support site and then contact Canon for assistance.

I have a TR8620a and it prints great color prints, Sounds like you had a defective printer or a settings issue.
