PIXMA TS3122 Error code 59

Error code 59

I am getting an error code 59 wrong paper size. But I never really had any problems with this printer until I tried to connect to it wirelessly. After I tried to connect my android phone wirelessly to this printer it hasn’t worked correctly.

Unplugging this printer doesn’t seem to reset the memory. How do I reset this printer to defult. I use Linux mint. Currently

Hi Wednesday21925,

The E 5 9 error will occur when the paper selected on your printer does not match the paper selected on the device or computer you are printing from.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Turn your TS3122 off.

2. Load letter sized (8.5" x 111") plain paper into your TS3122.

3. Turn your TS3122 on.

4. Below the display of your TS3122 is the OK button. To the left of the OK button is the paper button. Please repeatedly press the paper button until LTR appears on the display and then press OK.

Once set, please attempt to print.

If the issue persists, you can disable this function on your TS3122. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Turn your TS3122 on.

2. On your TS3122, please press the wrench and screwdriver button repeatedly until the number 15 appears on the display.

3. Press the Start button labeled Black one time.
