      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen other posts on this subject, but none offer a solution. Has anyone found a solution to this?&amp;nbsp; I have good conductivity to the internet via ethernet cable, that's not the problem in this case.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Patrick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome.&amp;nbsp; The printer is attached to the router via an ethernet cable. &lt;P&gt;Pleaes follow the steps on the page linked below to empty the print spool folder on your computer:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once emptied, reboot your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your computer is ready, please attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;
