PIXMA G7020 - does not delete documents after printing and continues to print the documents again.

I've seen other posts on this subject, but none offer a solution. Has anyone found a solution to this? I have good conductivity to the internet via ethernet cable, that's not the problem in this case.

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

Are you using your PIXMA G7020 wirelessly?
Or with a USB cable?

Hi Patrick,

I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome. The printer is attached to the router via an ethernet cable. I don't have any connectivity issues that I'm aware of.

Pleaes follow the steps on the page linked below to empty the print spool folder on your computer:

How to Delete Spooled Print Jobs - Microsoft.com.

Once emptied, reboot your computer.

When your computer is ready, please attempt to print.
