topic G3160 - Resetting gears into factory mode in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I've got a Pixma G3160. I manually moved the left internal gears. Despite working normally, it makes some awkward noises.

Is there a way to reset all physical components to factory settings? If not possible via software, would it be an easy fix for a technician?
