      <title>PIXMA MX920-922 Not working as scanner with Mac Software</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to find out what model replaced PIXMA MX920 - MX922. I cannot scan with my new MacBook or iMac. I read online that there was an upgrade program for current owners who have a printer that is no longer made or upgraded. There are no models that have the same functions any longer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cannot find a way to email Canon on the website to ask about tis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cannot find a model like this with good reviews anywhere. I have always purchased Canan but guess I will have to look elsewere.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Neats,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To resolve the -21345 error you are experiencing when attempting to scan with your PIXMA MX922, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Press the &lt;STRONG&gt;MENU&lt;/STRONG&gt; button on your PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Repeatedly press the down arrow to select the wrench and screwdriver icon (&lt;STRONG&gt;Setup&lt;/STRONG&gt;) and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Use the left arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Device settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;LAN settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Other settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;TCP/IP settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9. Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable/disable IPv6&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10. Use the down arrow to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Disable&lt;/STRONG&gt; and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;11. Press the &lt;STRONG&gt;MENU&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;12. Turn your PIXMA MX922 off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;13. Please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;14. Wait 2 or 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;15. When your router is back online, turn your PIXMA MX922 back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
