&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Right click your desktop, point to New and then click on Folder.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Give the new folder the name New Scans.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please open the IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please click on the Windows button at the bottom of your screen and scroll down to the Canon Utilities folder.&amp;nbsp; The IJ Scan Utility is in that folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Once open, please click on the Settings button in the lower right corner.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS6420a won't save scan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been really happy with the TS6400, but now I have a problem and can't figure it out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The scan function just stopped saving images. It literally stopped doing so in the middle of a project. A previous scan saved, but now nothing will save after being scanned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I deleted the scan software and resinstalled it. Did the same with the the drivers. But no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. It looks like it is the Canon TS6400a.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm running Windows 10 Pro.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As I said, it was weird, because it just suddenly stopped saving and I hadn't had a problem up until that point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm scanning from the utility. As I mentioned originally, it's weird because it was working just fine and scans were saving without a problem. And then it wouldn't. I can scan and edit the image, but it won't save.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Right click your desktop, point to New and then click on Folder.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Give the new folder the name New Scans.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please open the IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please click on the Windows button at the bottom of your screen and scroll down to the Canon Utilities folder.&amp;nbsp; The IJ Scan Utility is in that folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Once open, please click on the Settings button in the lower right corner.&lt;/P&gt;
