    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi deceptiveorchid,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This printing issue is related to the installation of one of the latest updates from Microsoft.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve this, please use Windows Update to update Windows, making sure that KB5001567 and KB5001649 are installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ive never had any issues with my old canon. in my print preview, it even looks like this. it is brand new, out of the box and I hope it wasnt damaged before I brought it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing this in Print Preview, then your printer is fine and its simply printing what you see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is another issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What operating system are you using the printer with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What application are you printing from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried printing from another program?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using different files?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
