      <title>Problem with fax on Canon MX870 Multifunctional printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just recently started having a problem with my MX870&amp;nbsp;Multifunction printer.&amp;nbsp; When I send a fax, I get the status sheet back stating that the fax went through; however, the bottom half of the status printout that shows part of the fax information I was sending comes back with nothing but black lines running down the page where the part of the document I am faxing usually appears so that I know what I faxed.&amp;nbsp; I hope this is clear.&amp;nbsp; The top portion of the status sheet that is printed (after the fax completes sending) is totally okay.&amp;nbsp; What is happening and can I (who is technically challenged) fix it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
