MG6620 I changed cyan cartridge and now everything prints cyan

I have a MG6620 I changed cyan cartridge that ran out and now everything prints only cyan. I am trying to print a black & white doc. I even chose to just print black & white and it still came out cyan. I also put back the empty cyan cartridge in and still came out cyan??

Hi golivas,

Please load plain paper into your PIXMA MG6620 and then print a test page:

1. Swipe the HOME screen of your printer and then tap the wrench and screwdriver icon.

2. Select Maintenance.

3. Select Print nozzle check pattern.

4. Select Yes.

A test page will print.

Please take a photo of the page that just printed and then please reply to this post with that image included.
