      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was printing an email when the paper jammed. I was able to get the paper out. But am unable to clear the error. Nothing in the print queue. I even tried the Manual Print Queue process. That didn't help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please turn your PIXMA MX922 off.&amp;nbsp; Wait a minute or two and then turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does an error appear on the display of your PIXMA MX922?&amp;nbsp; If so, what is the &lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/MX920%20series/EN/ERR/ERR_Contents0100.html?ref=ERR_Contents0100" target="_self"&gt;Support Code&lt;/A&gt; that appears at the top?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the main menu appears, please follow these steps to perform a test page:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please press the MENU button on your PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Use the down arrow key until the wrench and screwdriver icon is selected, then press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;On Maintenance, press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Select Print nozzle check pattern and then press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Select Yes and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the test page print?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, did an error appear on the display of your printer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If an error appears, what is the &lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/MX920%20series/EN/ERR/ERR_Contents0100.html?ref=ERR_Contents0100" target="_self"&gt;Support Code&lt;/A&gt; that appears at the top of the display?&lt;/P&gt;
