    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; The ADF beeps and the printer knows there is paper there.&amp;nbsp; The error is specifically when you have paper in the ADF and it does not cooperate.&amp;nbsp; "place the document on the platen" is telling us we can't use the ADF.&amp;nbsp; This occurred after recent firmware update.&amp;nbsp; The chat is now a worthless bot, and redirects back to the forums, so now there is no real help available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Top feeder not loading paper</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a canon G4210 that has a top loader for making copies and scanning documents but when I load my documents on the top loader and hit copy the printer displays a message telling me to "place the document on the platen" I have no idea how to fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
