    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MegaTank G3270 printer. It says error code 1300 and that there is a paper jam. I have looked throughout the printer and do not see any paper jam. The message will not go away so I am not able to print. Any help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue with a brand new G3290 mega tank printer. The error message, 1300, will not go away, despite the fact that there is no paper jam. I even attempted a factory reset and the error continued to be there. I am not able to print anything with this error there. Super frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
