PIXMA MG2920 Yellow light on, computer won't recognize printer

Hello,

Hoping someone can help with my issue.

The yellow light on my printer Canon Pixma MG2920 is on.

It doesn't flash, nor does it turn off when I turn off the printer.

My PC does not recognize the printer when i try to install it.

I tried the the reset method by holding the stop button, with no success...

What should I do ?

Hi Marilynn1. Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG2920 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
