    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Bob3500,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To resolve this issue, please reinstall your printer on your computer following these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Disconnect the USB cable from your PIXMA MG3522 and turn your printer off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; On your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter I, then let both go.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on "Bluetooth &amp;amp; devices" on the left side.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; On the right side, click on "Printers &amp;amp; scanners".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Canon MG3500 series.&amp;nbsp; In the new window, click "Remove" at the top.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Repeat until all MG3500's have been removed from the Printers list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Close the Printers window once complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, we will download the latest driver:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please click this link:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mg3522#DOWNLOADS" target="_self"&gt;Canon Support for PIXMA MG3522&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Software &amp;amp; Drivers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Choose "&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows&lt;/STRONG&gt;" from the Operating System drop down and then "&lt;STRONG&gt;Windows 11&lt;/STRONG&gt;" from the Version drop down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click the Download button to the right of "&lt;STRONG&gt;Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.01 (Windows)&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Once that file finishes, please open or run that file to begin the installation on your computer.&amp;nbsp; If you have to search for the file first, the files name is:&amp;nbsp; "&lt;STRONG&gt;mp68-win-mg3500-1_01-ejs.exe&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Only when prompted, please reconnect the USB and power your printer back on.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MG3500 printer that works perfectly fine on my windows 10 computer.&amp;nbsp; The printer will not work on the new Windows 11 computer I have had to get.&amp;nbsp; What do I need to do to get the printer to work with 11?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The model is PIXMA MG3522.&amp;nbsp; It is connected to the Windows 11 computer w/ a cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message I get in Settings&amp;gt;printers is 'MG3500 series not connected'.&amp;nbsp; Obviously the computer recognizes that there is a printer connected to it and that it is a Canon 3500 series, but it does nothing when I tried to print a doc.&amp;nbsp; There is no error message.&amp;nbsp; When I try the 'Add a printer or scanner' function I see: 'The printer I want is not listed.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be done to to bring the printer online w/ the computer?&amp;nbsp; There has to be something that can rectify this situation so as not to throw away a perfectly good printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bob&lt;/P&gt;</description>
