      <title>TS5020 not printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the control to print only B/W. It has worked for 6the last 3 or 4 years that way. It was printing a 5 page document. The first four were fine. The 5th was blank. The ink levels showed a low so I replaced both. I got a display on the printer dashboard confirming they were installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer runs but the pages are blank. I ran clean and deep clean. Also ran nozzle check and tired printing as color. Then returned printer settings to B/W. None of that foxed the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened the cover and confirmed that the cartridges are properly set. But I notice there is a right light at those two new black cartridges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Suggestions for fixing, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
