&lt;P&gt;If the 1405 error persists, your PIXMA MX922 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.       <title>PIXMA MX922 - Support Code 1405</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've just installed a new ink cartridge in my MX922 printer and I get an alert saying: "Support Code 1405" and "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've had this printer for almost 9 years and have, of course, replaced many ink cartridges, so I know what I'm doing. I have removed and re-installed all 5 ink cartridges several times but the message above is constant.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there something else I need to do or does this mean the printer is now Kaput? I will be a little irked if the printer needs to be replaced as I have just laid out $92 on a new set of ink cartridges!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help will be much appreciated, whether it is good or bad news. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Patrick. Thank you for your reply. After posting my question I went on Youtube and found a video showing me how to remove, clean and re-seat the printer head. I followed the instructions and it worked. My printer is now working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
