Hi, rci1337! That letter combination specifically corresponds to the PIXMA MG3050, a printer designed for sale and use in Europe. The model number should appear on the top of the printer just above the on/off button.

If you live in Europe and you need support, we recommend contacting the Canon company that serves your country.
