PIXMA G3262 trying to clean print heads but alarm light won't flash

Hello,

I have a G6362 printer and I am trying to clean the print heads but I can 't get the alarm light to flash. I have tried to reset the printer but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi rosefreek,

Please unplug the power cord from the back of your printer for about 5 minutes.

Please then reconnect the power cord and press the power button on your PIXMA G3202.

Once your printer is back on, does the error light blink?

If it does, how many times does it blink?

Does the power light keep blinking?

If the power light is steady and the error light is off, please follow the steps provided in the manual to resolve the printing issue you are experiencing:

G3000 series > Maintenance > If Printing Is Faint or Uneven
