    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought TR8620a in Dec of 24 and have been scanning to computer often until today. I load docs to scan, save to PC, hit black ink and in return I get "Set the PC to start scanning". Can anyone provide ideas?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
