topic Re: canon ts3340 - Heavy paper? in Desktop Inkjet Printers

The basis weight is the basis weight, regardless of brand. It is not a strict measure of thickness. Two different papers of the same g/sq. meter can be different. What DOES matter is thickness, stiffness, and surface finish.

So a 220 g/sq.m paper ought to work if it's an inkjet paper and will travel through the printer.
