    <description>Well, I finally gave up on trying to clear the error. Tried getting help, but that did not happen. Kept getting the 'bot' trying to help me. That thing is helpless. After 2 days of trying to clear the error, I gave up. I now purchased an HP printer instead. My MX992 is junked. I used to be able to get support for my Canon Printer. This was the second Canon Printer I had. I would have liked to be able to converse with a live person. Canon sucks.</description>
