Why does the packing list say the Ink is included but mine did not. There is no way to contact Canon to report the problem. 2nd thinking my Canon purchasse

You should contact the company you purchased the printer from.

Every printer comes from our factories with a complete set of ink.

If you purchased your printer from our website at https://usa.canon.com, please contact our sales team so they can investigate. Canon USA sales is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) at 800-385-2155.

If you purchased your printer elsewhere, you will need to contact the seller to let them know you didn't receive the ink that should have been included with your printer. Our team at Canon USA is not authorized to replace ink unless the product was originally purchased directly from Canon USA by phone or at https://usa.canon.com

It was purchased at the Canon Store on Amazon. They said I should contact Canon.

The Canon Store at Amazon is a collection of different vendors.....Amazon itself and other independents who just get listed on the Amazon site. WHO was the actual seller of the printer you bought? The listing page tells you. That's who you contact.

The Canon Corp. did not sell you the printer. Was it listed as a NEW printer, or was it "refurbished"?

It was the Canon TS3522, I had an MX340 for close to 15 - 20 years and loved it. Have 2, Imageclass D1350 and D1650, so I come to rely on the quality and care Canon. I also have 2 PIXMA TS4720, 1 for home, 1 for office. All have come with ink or toner, so I expected the same here. Office Tech 1 claims it does not come with ink. Guess not to trust them for Canon products.

Thanks for the confirmation on the model, and yes, we can confirm that your PIXMA TS3522 should have included a PG-275 black ink cartridge and a CL-276 color ink cartridge.
