&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The PIXMA TS6420a does not have a "Print" mode that can be set.&amp;nbsp; When you attempt to print something, the TS6420a will print that item regardless of what mode the printer is currently in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For assistance with resolving the print issue you are experiencing, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS6420a and then click on the Product Support button.
