Hello,

I have had my pixma ip8720 for years, using the same paper style for 3+ years. Just printed from the same paper batch five days before and now I am receiving 'paper not set correctly' error message.

Seems ridiculous to pay $20 for canon support on such an elementary ask. Please advise on a remedy.

Hi zsmith0722,

What size paper are you printing with?

When the error occurs, does the error light on the printer also blink?

If it does, how many times does it blink inbetween pauses?

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
