Hi same issue here, after loaded the new ink cartridge into TR4527 printer, it keep showing install the ink cartridge correctly, but I already follow instructions to install the cartridge. How we can fix it? Thx

Hi Rachel888,

First, it is recommended that genuine Canon ink cartridges are used with your printer.

If you are using Canon ink cartridges, please make sure that the cartridges that you are using are compatible with your printer. The following can be used with your PIXMA TR4527:

PG-243 black
CL-244 color
PG-245 black
CL-246 color
PG-245XL black
CL-246XL color

Ink for your PIXMA TR4527 can be purchased directly from Canon:
