    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the TS6420, and it works great but the only issue that is so frustrating is that I can not print a document without having to save it first. Is there anyone else on here having this issue. I don't have a business, this is for my personal use only and I don't know what to do about this. I have another printer same brand, no issues there, "and it's an older printer." The only reason I got this is that my older model did not sync with my purchase of a HP chromebook.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On your Chromebook, please open the Chrome web browser and go to a web site.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once that web site loads, click on the 3 dot button in the upper right and then Print.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Print window, is your Canon TS6400 series listed in the "Destination" box?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If not, please select it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once it appears in that box, please click Print at the bottom.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did that page print?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
