PIXMA TS6420 "Can't Print Without Saving"

I bought the TS6420, and it works great but the only issue that is so frustrating is that I can not print a document without having to save it first. Is there anyone else on here having this issue. I don't have a business, this is for my personal use only and I don't know what to do about this. I have another printer same brand, no issues there, "and it's an older printer." The only reason I got this is that my older model did not sync with my purchase of a HP chromebook.

Hi GGYolanda2025,

On your Chromebook, please open the Chrome web browser and go to a web site.

Once that web site loads, click on the 3 dot button in the upper right and then Print.

In the Print window, is your Canon TS6400 series listed in the "Destination" box?

If not, please select it.

Once it appears in that box, please click Print at the bottom.
