G6020 Backlighting on Operation Panel is dim

We recently purchased the G6020 all-in-one printer and we cant see the display screen on the panel without using a flashlight. Does the printer have one and how do we turn it on? It makes is a real hassle! Thanks

Hi,

The G6020 does not have a backlight on the operation panel.

That's not a solution. It's an explanation and stupid of Canon.

In this age of technology you don’t put and led screen display on your printers? Its definitely not very helpful.

This unit came out in 2019, almost six years ago, but we have several different models to meet any need! If having a brightly lit LCD would be distracting, we have a model for you!
