    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Cannon MG2522.&amp;nbsp; My ink is PIXMA black 245 and color 246.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am not finding the link to chat with support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I a a teacher so I do alot of printing.&amp;nbsp; Just want to see if can get replacement for a defectave cartride...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>245XL Black cartridge not working at all</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a Canon 245XL Black and it is not working at all.&amp;nbsp; I have run so many printing test on my printer to make sure it is not the printer.&amp;nbsp; I have cleaned the rollers on the printer also.&amp;nbsp; I even went to the extent as to put the almost empty black cartridg back in and it is printing fine.&amp;nbsp; How do yu if at all contact Canon to notify of defective poperty.&amp;nbsp; My store willn ot take back as it was a multi pack and the color is just fine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
