&lt;P&gt;Does your Nozzle check print correcty?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, your PIXMA TR8520 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TR8520 consistently skips lines prints 3 skips 3 ... word and excel documents</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My TR8520 printer just started skipping lines.&amp;nbsp; The printer itself is old, I think cannon sent it to me to replace my ancient one when I had problems with it.&amp;nbsp; I have no documentation to register the TR8520.&amp;nbsp; Something changed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; The ink cartridges are ok.&amp;nbsp; I've tried reloading the Cannon software; nothing works to fix this problem.&amp;nbsp; It produces copies with out a problem.&amp;nbsp; Just printing is a problem.&amp;nbsp; I've tried to contact Cannon Support but all I get is an AI robot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could there be a software issue?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm not certain of the software I should be using.&amp;nbsp; I'm running Windows 10 my desktop is old.&amp;nbsp; However, the same results occur from my remote laptop which is more up-to-date, I think.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
