&lt;P&gt;First, please turn off your Mac and then your PIXMA TS9120.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, turn your TS9120 back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the main menu appear?&amp;nbsp; If not, what is the support code and error that appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the main menu does appear, please load paper in the cassette (&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS9100%20series/EN/UG/ug_l_01_03_c.html" target="_self"&gt;how to link here&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once loaded, please&amp;nbsp;tap the gear icon&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="i_setup.jpg" style="width: 40px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/36123i036F9F8C92FAADC6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="i_setup.jpg" alt="i_setup.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TS9120.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Tap Print nozzle check pattern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap Yes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the test page print?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If not, what is the support code and error that appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the test page printed, please turn your Mac back on and follow these steps (I'm assuming you have Sequoia):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Apple in the upper left corner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on System Settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Scroll to the bottom of the left side of System Settings and click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click on the first TS9100 in the list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; In the window that appears, click on "Remove printer".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Repeat until all TS9100's are gone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Click the Add Printer Scanner or Fax button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Select your TS9100 from the list and click Add.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Once readded, please attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS9120 won't print after paper size error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received this printer from work almost a year 1/2 ago. It suddenly began having issues printing; the printer hung up on a message about paper size not being the correct one loaded (I only use 8 1/2 x 11 unless i'm printing some 4x6 photo paper sizes). I stopped using the printer for this reason after no luck with troubleshooting. &amp;nbsp;I would really like to make this work again rather than buying a new printer. Has anyone had issues with this? I haven't found anything troubleshooting videos and since the issues has changed since that first problem; it's not clear what is wrong. When I try printing now, there isn't even an error message about the paper size. I only get "paused".
