multi-page scanning with TR4720

I have 3 questions.

1. What settings do i need to scan 4 pages combined into a single document?

2. What settings do I need to scan 4 pages into 4 separate documents?

3. My scanner goes to "sleep" between jobs. It used to "wake up" when I would send a new job, but it has quit doing that. It stays awake for a while after each job, but if the wait gets too long, it goes to sleep and I have to go to the printer/scanner to wake it up again when I need to send a new job.

To scan documents, please use the appropriate link below:

TR4700 series > Scanning > Scanning from Computer (Windows)

TR4700 series > Scanning > Scanning in macOS

On the page that opens, please click on "Scanning Documents and Photos".

In regards to the power issue, please follow these steps:

1. Please press the wrench and screw driver button on your PIXMA TR4720 one time.

2. Repeatedly press the right arrow until you see ECO settings and then press the OK button.

3. Use the right arrow to select EnergySaveSettings and press OK.

4. Auto power off will appear. Press OK.

5. Repeatedly press the left arrow to select OFF and press OK.

6. Auto power on will appear. Press OK.

7. Use the left arrow to select ON and press OK.
