This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried switching off and on, I also tried switching on without ink cartridges. Still getting the 6A81 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
