      <title>PIXMA TS8320 Cannot scan from printer control panel</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have always been able to scan from the printer control panel. This is a Pixma TS8320. Now, when I try to scan, the control panel says "Set the PC to start scanning". I do not want to do that. I want to scan by pressing the button on the printer control panel. Help.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did this start with update to W11? I have seen other discussions where W11 broke some printer options. You could give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON. Be sure to register your product first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
