&lt;P&gt;Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to register your printer, including any error messages you're receiving.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And as for your PIXMA G6020, please let us know whether you're using a USB cable or Wi-Fi and any error messages you're getting there, too.&amp;nbsp; This additional information will help the community better understand your issues.&lt;/P&gt;
