Hi,

If you have not done so, please click HERE and select the software and driver's options. You will want to download and install the Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.01 (Windows).

My work horse network connected MX922 worked fine in windows 10. And my husband can access it on his windows 11 machine. I am now on a new Lenovo x1 carbon laptop with windows 11 and when I add device, it sees my MX922 as a scanner, not a multi function printer. And windows cannot find the driver for that "version" of my MX922. Help please. This computer was able to work fine with our TR8500 series printer.

Help please.

It now seems to see the device as a printer, but says "Driver is unavailable". Right click does nothing and I the page with the drivers for the 922 gives error. I see from another post that on 5/16 Canon apologized and said they would update that page but I cannot find it.
