Is it just the letters (text) that is too small, or the entire document?

If you're printing from a Windows OS computer, when you print, look at the printer settings and look for "scale". It should be at least set to "default" or 100%. If it's set to "custom" look at what it's set to. Anything under 100 makes the entire document smaller, anything over makes the entire document larger.
