topic PIXMA G3270: Color copies come out dark in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I just purchased a G3270 megatank. It prints fine when I send a document to print from my laptop. When I copy (not printing from my pc) the colors come out dark. for example bright yellow comes out dark yellow (almost orange), light gray comes out black. I tried to adjust the quality and intensity. no difference. I'm copying to card stock but only have plain paper listed on the copier menu. I copied to plain paper and had the same issue. How can I adjust the color and change the paper to cardstock?

3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.

4. "Do you want to print..." will appear. Yes is already selected. Press the OK button.

5. The paper is loaded in the rear tray, please press the OK button again.
