&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let's attempt to make a copy using the ADF of your PIXMA TS9520.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please follow these steps to do so:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn your TS9520 on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Make sure paper is loaded to print on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap COPY on the Home screen of your TS9520.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap Standard Copy.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Load the original face up in the ADF (&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS9500%20series/EN/UG/ug-118.html" target="_self"&gt;click here for how to do this&lt;/A&gt;).&amp;nbsp; Your TS9520 will beep once the original is inserted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Tap the Black Start button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the paper jams, please follow the steps on this page to clear:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TS9520 ADF is not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure where to start with my problem, but after a software update to the printer, scanning via the ADP seems to be gone. Despite hearing a "beep" when loading paper into the Automatic Document Feeder, the feeder only scans via the flatbed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, before the update, the ADF continually sent and error for paper jam, but no paper was jammed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
