Hi fdb100,

Does your Mac only have USB-C ports? If it does, are you using an adapter like the one below?

If you are using an adapter, are you using an Apple branded adapter?

Also, have you considered using your TS9120 wirelessly to see if the issue persists?

Have to pause printing job, unplug printer then re-plug printer back in then unpause job to get the printer to recognize the command. Any suggestions besides reinstall drivers?

Hi fdb100,

The first step recommended would be to reinstall the drivers.

If the issue persists, please let us know what version of Windows is installed on your computer.
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?

And just to verify, you have your PIXMA TS9120 connected to your computer using a USB cable, correct?

And yes it is connected by USB.

I changed USB cords and which port I plug into, more than once.
