When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue you are experiencing with your XL black ink.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;April 5, 2024:&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Bought cartidges PG 240XL and CL 241XL&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I just print X-word puzzles in black only PRESET DRAFT mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;3 puzzles per week&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Apr thru Sept.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;7 months X 4 weeks = 24 weeks X 3 puzzles = 72 printouts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Plus approx 15 pages of draft documets - ALSO PRESET DRAFT BLACK MODE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SO around 90 printed pages in all.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(no color, no photos, no graphics… just x-word puzzles&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;Problem: this extra capacity, more expensive&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;black ink cartredge is ALREADY LOW&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;What should I do about this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
