      <title>PIXMA TR7620a - Error code and light ink problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi... I purchased a PIXMA TR7620a printer last year. As the year progressed, then black ink started to print lighter and lighter. I replaced the 2 black cartridges and the same thing is still happening. I tried cleaning the print heads and aligning them. Which brings me to my second problem with the printer now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I was aligning the print heads, it came up with support code 2900. The manual said to repeat the process, which I did, and the same support code came up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;
