PIXMA MG3620 Unable to print Avery labels on a Mac

MG3620 purchased ONE YEAR AGO TODAY!

Macbook Air, Sonoma 14.6.1, using AirPrint (Wifi)

I have downloaded and installed the latest driver from Canon.

I have been able to print labels in the past. I pulled up the same template recently to print but now the printer just pushes out a blank label sheet.

Printer can print other documents on paper. It won't print the template on paper.

I can't find the 'label setting' in any menu of the printer...like the generic troubleshooting pages suggest.

Any help would be appreciated.

I used to buy only Canon printers because I could get support from someone in Chesapeake...I live in Virginia Beach. Now I have to pay?
