Hi lscorns11,

With your PIXMA iX6820 on, is the error light blinking?

Are both the power and Wi-Fi lights steady?

If there is no error, please print a Network Configuration page:

1. Turn your iX6820 on.

2. Load letter sized plain paper into the paper feed.

3. Press and hold the down the middle button on your iX6820. Release the button when the POWER lamp flashes white 6 times.

One page will print.

4 lines from the top, is your Wi-Fi name listed to the right of SSID?

6 lines below that, is Signal Strength greater than 50% ?

2 lines below that, take note of the IPv4 IP Address.

On your Mac, please open Safari. In the address bar of Safari, type in the numbers of the IPv4 IP Address that you noted above and then press the Return key.

Does the printer status page appear?

If not, please make sure that your the Wi-Fi that your Mac is connected to is the same as listed next to SSID above. To check this, click the Wi-Fi icon at the top of your Mac's display.

Hi! I have had my printer for a few years and have recently run into a blocking issue. I am trying to print but it consistently shows the printer is "offline". I have restarted the printer, the computer, unplugged the printer, etc. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. The printer is showing a solid blue light for connection and a solid white light for power.

I am using a MacBook Pro on version 12.2.1.

I am trying to print things for holiday gifts, so any help getting it back online would be helpful!!

Hi Patrick, I have the same issue - just set this up for the first time tonight. Successfully connected, however, can't print. I followed the steps above. Mac and printer connected to same SSD, page doesn't load when I type in the IPv4 in safari. What can I do next?
