    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mthies,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Because performing multiple printhead cleanings with new ink tanks did not get cyan to print correctly, it would appear that your iP8720 would require service.&amp;nbsp; There is no guarantee that replacing the printhead would resolve this issue and unfortunately the only way to determine that would be to replace the printhead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;H1&gt;How can I fix this? Auto clean, new ink, &amp;amp; manually cleaning the printhead didn't fix it. I'm in a time crunch and must have printing in 2 days - do I 2 day ship a new printhead or new printer entirely?
