PIXMA iP8720 How to print on A7 envelopes

Hi. I'm trying to print on A7 envelopes on an ip8720 from a macbook pro. A7 is not available in the preset drop down and the custom size is grayed out and not available. A7 is 5.25" x 7.25" so it meets the minimum size requirements I believe, but it's not available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver, but that did not work. Any thoughts?? TIA!

Please click on the Apple in the upper left corner and then About This Mac.

What version of the macOS is installed on your computer?

Also, what program are you using to print your envelopes?
