      <title>PIXMA MP250 Unable to print letter</title>

&lt;LI&gt;Hello I hope you can help me. I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop (windows 11).&amp;nbsp; 1. I can not remember or find a startup disc if my canon came with one. 2. My Canon will scan and print it and thats all. 3. My Canon is stuck on idle. I've tried resetting it by unplugging, pressing power button 5 xs and waiting 60 seconds. My computer screen says Bluetooth &amp;amp; device&amp;gt;printer &amp;amp; scanner &amp;gt; MP250 canon MP250 printer status: idle. I have absolutely no idea what else I can do to have it print a letter I generated. Thank you hope you can help someone not computer savvy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
