      <title>PIXMA TS6420a -code 7700</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer indicated new ink cartridge required. &amp;nbsp;I had just replaced Black 1 month ago so I replaced just the Color cartridge. &amp;nbsp;After replacing and closing cover, yellow lite came on with msg; SVC code 7700, contact service center.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;?? why would replacing ink cartridge cause this msg?? &amp;nbsp;Printer will not operate now with this msg!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tk you John. &amp;nbsp;How do I get printer to place cartridges in position to install new cartridges? &amp;nbsp;Right now when I power up the yellow light blinks but it doesn't allow me to replace cartridges. &amp;nbsp;Normally when the lid is raised the cartridges move to center so they can be replaced. &amp;nbsp;That doesn't happen with the yellow light blinking and message states "contact service center".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
